Accidents and acts of nature are stressful enough. That is why we strive to make claim processing as simple as possible.

To report a claim during business hours, please call our agency at (321) 784-5705 as soon as possible. Should you need to begin the claims process outside of normal business hours, please contact your insurance carrier directly, then contact us as soon as possible.

Depending on the type of claim, here is a general list of information and important documents you may need to process your claim.

Automobile Claims

  • If in an accident, first and foremost, stop your vehicle, move it to a safe place and call for medical assistance if needed.

  • If two or more vehicles are involved in an accident, call the police and do not leave the scene.

  • If in an accident, DO NOT admit fault to anyone.

  • If you are able, take photos of the accident, record any addresses, telephone numbers, type of vehicles/property, insurance information, and any witness information.

  • Call our office to report the claim as soon as possible.

Property Claims

  • If your claim involves theft or vandalism, please call the appropriate authorities.

  • Protect your damaged property and ensure no further damage by making any repairs that can be safely completed (ex: for a roof leak, secure a tarp; for a broken window, cover with plywood, etc.)

  • Keep all receipts from your repair costs.

  • Make a list of all items and their cost, that were damaged or destroyed.

  • Call our office to report the claim as soon as possible.
